            rented a unit from March 1 to 31 2022 - Paid 3990 inclusive of a $1000 deposit, of which only $768.95, I am seeking the balance - I was informed in writing I would get weekly cleaning and did not - I was without internet for an entire day and needed to pay to work at another place to complete my work - the unit was filthy and damaged, around the entire unit, I needed to pay for the shower curtain and rings out of my own pocket in order to use their showers. - They have not resolved this issue and I am seeking my remaining balance and the cost for the above-mentioned issues as well.

            My stay with Toronto luxury suites was just an amazing experience in midtown Toronto. I can’t say enough to describe how professional, cooperative and very customer service focused they are . From the very first point of contact “Tamas “you can tell they will attend to your needs closely and happily . “Maha” was my hero ; incredibly responsive, made it so easy and smooth answering all my questions promptly . She relentlessly found me the location I wanted exactly and sailed me through the process . Her ongoing support and close care was very professional making it a pleasurable experience. Booking a place internationally can’t come easier than that . The unit translated their philosophy where they provide a luxury accommodation to make your stay a comfortable & warm one , everything is provided along with a unique team accommodating all you needs . * ****** ********* ***** ******* ** *** *** ******** ******* *** **** * **** **** **** **** **** *
