I contacted Nvidia October 1st, 2022. I originally payed about $1,600 for a **** ******** edition graphics card. It is within warranty period and I sent it in to them, as per their request, using a shipping label that they provided. ***** has not updated the tracking information leading me to suspect that the item has been misplaced or lost in transit. I asked Nvidia about it and they told me that they cannot do anything about it and that it was my responsibility to contact *****. I tried to contact ***** and they told me that since I was not the customer (Nvidia is the customer since they payed for the label) that they legally couldnt relay any information to me. I tried to communicate this to nvidia via email and they told me that they cannot do anything about it. I then also tried to communicate it via live chat and they refused to do anything about it *** ***** ***** ******* *********** * ** *** ***** ******* * ******** **** *** no way to get it figured out as nvidia is no help to me. tracking number: (****** **** **** **** ******** ****** ******** *************
