I leased a new car on April 24, 2024. And I canceled the previous car at the same time that day. I paid the lease fee for the previous car on the 23rd, and as far as I know, the lease fee is upfront. Then in common sense, my lease fee for the 23rd is only 1 day's worth of lease fee, so of course, I think the lease fee for the remaining period should be refundable sea, but they say they can't refund it. I don't understand that. The dealer told me that it would be possible to get a refund of course, about the remaining period. I'm contacting you thinking about how to solve this problem. I think this situation is quite unfair. I hope you can solve this problem. I look forward to hearing from you.

** * *** **** * ***** * **** Received a final payment notice, paid same day. Three days later was at the bank, they confirmed not on credit, paid in full. That night after 9 pm they took out another final payment! I gave them five stars however I am charging that . I had a leased vehicle with Hyundai I was then put into an financed vehicle and the told me that they would be making the remaining payment however the missed 395$ and I was put in collection years after I was already in my new vehicle . I even paid the 395$ and asked them to report it to the credit bureau which someone said they would call me back and never did . It's unfortunate because I was planning to trade in my vehicle and upgrade to something new but since they missed payment on the leased vehicle and did not rectify the situation . I am HIGHLY UNSATISFIED AND MY HYUNDAI DAYS ARE OVERHyundai Capital Canada Response

I bought a car through them, it was written off. The check was sent to them to pay off the loan. I have not received the excess of money for months now. Can't get ahold of anyone, or find a proper number to talk to an actual person. Quite frustrating waiting on money that is mine, and that is needed in my life to buy another vehicle.Hyundai Capital Canada Response

ended Hyundai lease Oct 27/21 when taken over by dealer when purchased new car. Advised Hyundai finance to ensure lease payment not taken Nov. 3. Received notification that account all clear as of Nov. 2/21 but they took lease payment Nov. 3/21 from bank account. Phoned 3 times, finance manager called back said I'd get refund in 10 business days & don't call again unless I send personal bank statement!!Hyundai Capital Canada Response
