              TD Direct Investing has imposed restrictions upon my trading abilities on their online platforms. They claim the particular security has a CTO issued by the ****, and therefore they cannot allow me to purchase or sell those shares. The company is ****** ******** (****) and they are actively trading on the NASDAQ public markets. I feel I am being targeted as a retail investor and am being unfairly treated. TD Direct Investing charges a commission to provide these services to me and has now left me feeling helpless by taking away my autonomy with respect to my investments. A similar scenario some time ago left me with $60K CAD in losses, and now there is $11K USD in question. I either want TD to reinstate the full trading permissions immediately or liquidate and reimburse at a minimum the book cost I paid to acquire the shares thru their platform.

              TD Webroker has been not working for quite a while now. You ar eunable to execute trades as the buy and sell buttons have been removed? The issue has been dragging for quite a while and when you call you are unable to get through to even place a trade via telephone. Unaccaptable! This is people financila planning and investments. This is their money! Some depend on it daily!*************************************************************** *********** Moving accounts at this time.
