Went in for a simple battery replacement on my iPhone at the Richmond BC location on August 15, 2023. The “tech” messed up and damaged the motherboard during the battery change resulting in the phone not turning on the day after. They claimed it was not their fault and even charged me for an attempted repair that failed a month later. Took it to a shop that specializes in motherboard repairs and they found physical damage on the motherboard. Even with this proof they still won’t honour their warranty. They said that since I took the phone to another place the warranty is void. Now I am stuck with a dead phone that they've already charged me over $250 for "repairs".Review from William C

I dropped a tablet to be fixed on May 24th 2023 and they forgot to send it out and I had to call back to remind them to. * *** **** **** ******** and forgot about the tablet till yesterday. No one called me in 6 months from that company telling me how much to fix, where the tablet was. I had to email them yesterday to find out. They replied with no apology as to why I was never contacted and telling me a owe 350 for the repair. The tablet isn't even worth 150. I gave them the tablet, charging wire and original bill of sale. I knew it was out of warranty. It had a corrupt sw problem and ******* said to take it to them. I know it's my fault for waiting so long *** * ******* ************* *** *** ******* **** ******** I take responsibility for that but you would think after 4 months they would call or email. I left them the tablet, my address, email and phone number. ****** ** ******* ****** ******** ** ***** They appear not to care for the customer and have poor customer service. This was mobile Klink at fiesta mall stoney creek. Their head office hasn't been much help.Review from Mike M

Traded in a *** ***** 128 GB in LIKE NEW condition for a *** 128 GB in fair condition at the Wellington Road, London location. Was charged $899.00 for the ***, it retails for only $849.00 on their website, "GOOD" for $749.00. Also trade-in was taken off full price with tax, in Ontario a trade-in price is to be deducted on full price, less tax and customer pays tax on the difference. Wasn't made aware of the price difference until I received a Marketing email from Mobile Klinik showing the price of a ***. Went back to the store and was basically told to **** ******* Called Customer Service and got several ***** ********* ********* ********* ***** ******* **** ***** individuals who said the same thing, "sorry, but your out of luck". In addition, the phone was still locked to ****** for an outstanding amount that was still owing on the phone from the previous owner. Mobile Klinik said the phone was clean when they bought it from the previous owner. Will never deal with this vendor again.Review from Andre S

I had my daughter's **** screen repaired at one of their locations. When the repair was complete, the technician installed ***********, then left a review - in my name claiming that they (the technician) did a great repair, even calling him/her self out by name.
This was a complete violation of their stated claims of data protection.
If you do use this company, backup you device and erase it before taking it to Mobile Kiinik.
I was very disappointed by the technician's ************** behaviour. *************************************************************** ***********************************************
After complaining they refunded my money, but I don't know what else the technician may have done. I proceeded to change my password.
