Paid $300 to fix an ***** ***** Was never told the seal would not be water resistant, no verbal confirmation, or paper. The watch was used for military water training Took me 3 months for an employee from the company to connect me to the manager. Then another 2 months for the manager to contact me back. Then it went to a case manager, who told us they would get in touch, never did. Then I waited 4 months, followed up, and was told our case was erased. During the pandemic, lots of money was spent to repair the watch, only to then use it hours after it being “fixed” again, we were never told that this store was not apple certified, or that the watch upon repair would no longer be water resistant. Otherwise, we would not have bothered. The company is trying to say that water damage violates their warranty ( which was never shown, signed, or even talked about), and are offering a ****** $25 ****** gift card. I would like either refund, or half the amount it cost ($150), as now a new one needs to be purchased ($700). The case manager refused to connect me to anyone else, including his superiors, and told me my case file is closed.
