My **** got charged end of April 2021 with a big amount of money while I did not buy anything!! After I got **** involved they admitted their mistake and told me to credit my account, as of now, September that did t happen yet!! I'm out $2825,15 and did not buy anything or receive a credit! Freda herself called me several times regarding her mistake and promised me speedy resolvement and so far nothing, super upset as this is a big amount of money for me! Would like some help pleas!Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/10/06) */ Customer informed us of misscharge. We apologized and went to refund her immediately but she cancelled her credit card,so we could not issue a refund because she she didn't have her new card number. She reported the incident as Fraud. **** told us we would receive a charge back on our statements, and she would have her money back. Then she choose to cancelled her fraud statement with ***** which caused more problems. **** refunded her amount then charged her again. She told us on Friday Oct 1st of this issue and On Tuesday October 5 after seeing the statements from her credit card statement, we issued the refund immediately after verifying the statement she sent over. Customer during this time used her same CC to purchase other goods from our establishment with zero issue. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2021/10/07) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) To be clear, I used a personal cc this time not the same to make an online purchase. Never had problems with purchases that is correct. Second, **** advised me to cancel my cc and assured me returns could still be made, after speaking with the store manager she confirmed with me on that and I assumed they would credit me. Third, I cancelled the fraud investigation because ***** herself was pleading with me to do so and right after that **** credited my card again which made me realize that the return was made by **** and not the retailer themself.
