My last “attempt” to purchase something from this company was a few years ago, I didn’t recieve my order for 4 months so I contacted them, they were kind and assured me it would be sent out soon…I even won a contest on their ********* account earlier that year (10 months prior) so I politely reminded them about the prize and asked if they could include the 2 t shirts I won in my order and send them in one package…again, I was politely reminding them. Prior to this order I had made multiple purchases, they always took a long time to ship but I never had bad customer service issues until this last order. I liked their products and it was a small local business at first and I supported that. I gave friends and family clothing for gifts. Probably spent well over $1200 at this point in clothing. When my order was still not received after 6 months I got angry and tried communicating over email and when I didn’t get an answer for a couple weeks I messaged on *********. They said they would look into it. And then never responded again. I tried for a month messaging them and emailing. They just either blocked me or are very good at ignoring customers. I had to contact my bank and file a report. Literally had to contact my credit card company and explain that Teedot Apparel refused to send me my order and the bank returned my money to me. I wish they would fix this issue and take more care for their customers. I never did get those t shirts I won, and was never contacted again. At first I was mad but then got over it. I’m only posting this review now because another small business recently did the same thing and I realized how important these reviews are. It would have saved me a lot of trouble had I seen these reviews before spending so much money and wasting my time with Teedot Apparel. I hope they fix this. I love their items.
