Hello - As a member of The Rosedale Club, on January 30, 2023 I purchased training sessions with the club and paid for these in full for a total of $1124.35 (* ********** ********). As of February 17, 2023, the club has temporarily closed until a new location opens. Members were notified on February 15th only, of the closure. I spoke to the Fitness Manager *********** ***** just before leaving on February 17th and asked about a refund for the training sessions I had purchased. ***** took a photo of my credit card and said he would submit the refund either that Friday or the following Monday. I have corresponded with ***** via email a few times but to date, I have not received the refund. The balance at this point is $621.50. * **** ******** *** ****** **** **** ************ ***** **** *****' ******* *** *** ********** *** *** ******** ********* When I asked about the refund (the last day the club was open) I mentioned to them that providing me with a credit would not suffice for me since their new location is not expected to open for a few months. I purchased the training sessions because I have a physical condition and I MUST continue my workouts without interruption. This is why the training sessions were purchased to begin with and ***** is aware of this. Thank you. ***** *****
