Good afternoon, I purchase an **** gift card and Fuel discount card (purchase number ********) via Wagjag.com. I was charged $255 via my **** which went thru on *** 6, 2022. I emailed the wagjag customer service on Jan 15, 2022 indicating that I never received the cards physically or electronically. No response besides a auto response acknowledging the email. I therefore email again on Jan 21, again no response. I called the customer service on Jan 24, 2022 and was promised the cards will be sent electronically "within hours". Today is Jan 25, ie. 24 hour later still delivery of the products as purchased. I would appreciate either delivery of the **** an fuel discount card (valued at $290 or a total refund of the purchase.
