I purchased rechargeable heated gloves back in November. I didn't receive the correct product and I've been trying to get a refund ever since. They were quick to say sorry and they would look into it with their vendor but after a few weeks of waiting i got fed up and asked for a refund. They offered me a $10 credit on their site which is 1/4 of what I paid for the product I didn't get. I said I want a refund and that's when they stopped responding. I've sent several messages since and no reply.

Our customer support phone line is opened from 10am to 4pm. Monday to Friday. We received the email from ******** ******, and was able to assist her with the refund request within the hour.Review from Stephanie W

Jagyot S. emailed us on October 14 and was given a full refund for his purchase on October 21st. At that point, the issue was resolved on our end and Jagyot's ticket was closed. Please let us know if there is any other purchase that requirs our attention.
