I purchased a series of classes at this studio for C$202.27 on July 14th 2020. The classes were moved since restrictions were put back in place for the second wave. They asked on July 23rd to move our start date to September of 2020, which I did. We were asked to move them again, which I did to October 17th 202. We then received an email stating this: "We have just sent out a new email canceling all classes running Oct 16-31 with a code to reschedule. We are asking all students to wait until our new schedule for the new year is released before choosing a new date for their class!" After that point we received zero communication, they stopped answering emails or direct messages. No one answers the phone. I have been trying since that point to try and get in contact to find out what's going on but no one has responded. I see on ************* and their *********** that many others are missing their refunds as well. Please help us get our money back!
