    Purchased two items from Prada March 18, shoes for myself and a purse *** ** **** *********** ** ***** ** ******** ** *** i wanted an exchange of the shoes, so i asked for an exchange and returned both. I returned the items which was received by them on April 1, signed by someone who ive confirmed works there. On april 23 i was told it was processed and would take 10 business days for the refund. Then i called over a month later numerous times and was told they were opening a claim with ups, which was opened, and then ups said prada never contacted so they closed it, another claim was reopened where now a claim has been issued which means prada has been paid for this shipment if it was indeed lost which means i should be paid also. Numerous calls, where nobody got back to me even though they said they would get back to me. Sept 20 i am told 10 business days and ill be refunded, then october 8th im told there was a glitch in the refund *** *** **** ******** ******* *** * **** **********

    I write to complain about a recent purchase from their store in Bicester, UK. On July 28, 2022, I purchased a pair of wedges from Prada Bicester Village for CAD $514.62. I have the original receipt. Unfortunately, the left sandal broke on the first day of wear. As a result, I severely injured by knee and faced inconvenience for the remainder of the day. I was unable to purchase an alternative pair of footwear at the time because it was 11 PM local time and all the nearby shops were closed. My only option was to borrow duct tape to “repair” the broken sandal and wear it for the remainder of the evening. I have now been informed by my doctor that I will need physiotherapy since the ligaments in my knee are strained. I am unable to climb stairs and am also having trouble walking for long periods. It is shocking that a product from such a reputable brand like yours came out to be so poor in quality. I am a regular Prada customer and feel extremely frustrated by the poor response from your head office. No one has even bothered to reply to my prior emails. After returning the wedges on 30th July, same day as my flight. I had to take a two hour journey from London to Bicester. They took the wedges back , saw the bruises and the injury and offered me a 10 percent discount which I declined. I will never buy anything from their store and neither my family.
