It's been 113 days and I still have not received my order that was placed on July 17th, 2023! *** the "Owner" and his nephew ******** even promised to send me three complimentary ****** ******* locks for my trouble back in September, but I have yet to receive any of those either. I have literally sent dozens of emails, left multiple voicemails and had dozens of phone conversations, all to no avail. The story is different each time. The latest was being told by the owner (***) that my order was shipped and to call back the next morning to get the tracking number, as he (***) was busy closing up shop for the day (even though they weren't scheduled to be closing for several hours yet). The next day... no answer! I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Radical Wheelz, a company owned by *** *******, and my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. ********* unethical practices, failure to deliver on promises, and evasiveness regarding refunds, have left me frustrated and deeply disappointed. In this review, I will share the details of my encounter, shedding light on the untrustworthiness of *** ******* and the negative impact it has had on Radical Wheelz. From the beginning, it became evident that ***** business operations were far from satisfactory. Despite the initial excitement surrounding the product, the owner consistently failed to deliver on his promises from excuses like “it was destroyed by a forklift in the warehouse” or “it got stopped in customs” as well as numerous other excuses. Month after month passed, and I found myself facing nothing but delays and excuses. It became clear that ***** level of professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction were severely lacking. I was promised new delivery dates on numerous occasions for nearly 6 months before I decided I wanted my refund. When it came time to address my concerns and request a refund, I discovered that dealing with *** was an exercise in frustration. Instead of promptly assisting customers and resolving issues, he chose to evade the issue at hand and provide me with more excuses. It seemed as though *** was more interested in avoiding delivering than in rectifying the situation. As a result, I was left with no choice but to come to the Better Business Bureau in hopes that I can have assistance.
