      I sent this company my ****** ** *** *** because they offered to pay me $756 for it. The quote ID is ************. I mailed it on 10/24 and it arrived on 10/27 per **** tracking number ********************** with the provided label the emailed me. On their site it says, “it takes 3-4 business days from the moment you ship your phone to get your payment”. I mailed it on 10/24/23 and today is 11/15/23 and I have not received payment. I contacted them on 11/9/23 and they responded basically saying they are behind and my payment is to be released on 11/13/23. I then wrote them back on 11/14/23 to tell them I did not get paid and they responded that they will check on it. It has been 24 hours and I have not heard anything. I have messaged again and am awaiting reply. This company has my ****** and has not paid me. Please help.

      I am rejecting this response because: you stated the ***** payment was sent on time. That is not true. For one reason this is from your website: “It takes 3-4 business days from the moment you ship your phone to get your payment.” It took over 3 weeks to receive payment and that’s after multiple requests and filing a complaint. Secondly, you sent the first payment to the wrong *****. So I do not accept that you sent the payment on time. I have received payment after over 3 weeks since shipping. That is not on time.

      On May 13, 2023, I requested a quote to sell my **** ****. Once the quote was received I oped to send my sell my **** and requested the label to send in the **** and receive my payment by *****. The website states it will send payment 2 days after receiving the item. The **** was received on 5/19/23 at @1:28pm. No payment has been received yet and I have tried to reach out 2 times. Once on 5/31/23 via their online form and again on 6/2/23 to [email protected] with no response and no payment. I would like to know when I will be receiving payment or when they will be returning my ****.

      Unlike promises on the website payments do no happen within 2 days - device in their office for a week without anyone completing inspection. When asking for device to be shipped back it has not been done in a timeous manner. Courier delivers to their office everyday, and shipping labels are created instantly when sending in device, there should be no delays in shipping back to customers.

      Sent a watch in a week ago - they claim they pay within 2 days of receiving never got anything or answers from them. They literally got it last Saturday and yet today another Saturday after and they don't even respond to their online send a message through their chat. I literally said if they can't look at the watch then they can send it back on their dime with the wristband and charger the way I sent it in. They take your watch and then ignore you. ****************************
