            I had placed an order ************) on vericocele healing.com on 27th June of a pack of 4 briefs priced at USD 112. I received an email on 28th June that my order was shipped and latest delivery date was 3rd July but no docket / shipment / AWB information was provided. I have not received the package till 6th July. I have been sending follow-up emails for the tracking information and called customer support but keep getting transferred to voicemail. I would like a refund as I'm not available at the mentioned address from 7th July onward. I feel cheated and frustrated given that no shipment information was shared and emails & phone calls go unanswered.

I ordered their complete complete treatment program (CTP for 60 days) on 23rd August. The order was to be shipped to New Zealand. Despite their website saying one day fulfillment and 15 day international delivery I received the product only today (08 October). AND IT WAS ONLY A BOOK, RATHER THAN THE COMPLETE PACKAGE! Imagine the frustration waiting for 2 months only to receive an incomplete package. *** ******** ******* ** *******c. They gave me a tracking number after multiple attempts of trying to contact them. The shipping charge and dollar conversion costs a fortune and you receive pathetic service. I do not want their product anymore. I want a refund. ** ****** ** ******* **** ******* ****** ** *** *** **** **** ********

            **** *** ** *** **** ****** It took our facility 3 business days to ship out his order, and he started freaking out right away in his emails. Everything was shipped and delivered just about 5 days late. Imagine writing a BBB complaint for an order that's 5 days late. **** *** **** **********t. 1. We ship the various part of our treatment package separately. 2. He did receive everything that he ordered. Nothing was "incomplete," as he makes belief. 3. The shipping time frame is 9-15 business days. Therefore his order was only a few days late. 4. He only contacted us regarding your order 3 times. All 3 times angry, even before us having an opportunity to ship out his order. He got a prompt response every time. 5. He thinks we are responsible for currency differences between countries. 6. He thinks we are not responsible for customs fees. **** *** * **** ***** ***********

            Update on the product: The book is a comprehensive guide and very well explained. If the book itself is followed there will be improvements to the condition. Thank you for this book. I cannot comment on the medication yet. About customer service: Not good. They do not do 1 day fulfillment of orders, nor would you receive the product within 15 days for an international delivery as advertised. I ordered the product on 23rd August and on my follow up email on 29th August, the item was still not shipped. And when I finally received my order on October 7th (45 days after order placed) it only had the book. There was no communication with me regarding the package would arrive separately, and the medications arrived a week later. Now the treatments advised on the website are for various grades of vericocele and naturally as a customer you would want to get the medications as early as possible to prevent the vericocele reaching a higher grade. And if the shipping times would actually take that long, they should be transparent with it and publish it on their website so that the customers are well informed.
