I had placed an order ************) on vericocele healing.com on 27th June of a pack of 4 briefs priced at USD 112. I received an email on 28th June that my order was shipped and latest delivery date was 3rd July but no docket / shipment / AWB information was provided. I have not received the package till 6th July. I have been sending follow-up emails for the tracking information and called customer support but keep getting transferred to voicemail. I would like a refund as I'm not available at the mentioned address from 7th July onward. I feel cheated and frustrated given that no shipment information was shared and emails & phone calls go unanswered.Initial Complaint

I ordered a two pack pair of ********** from VaricoceleHealing.com / ************** for $79 on 8/21/21. This underwear is meant to help with the medical condition of Varicocele. The company website advertises the exceptional quality and offers a 90 day money back guarantee. The briefs were received on 8/30/21. After two times wearing the product, the stitching came apart. I emailed the company and provided a picture. I received a response from a support specialist indicating that this is a known manufacturing issue and shouldn't be a problem for you. After indicating that it is a problem that they are falling apart and the open stitching is uncomfortable, I asked for a return for refund. I continued to send several emails and a phone call over several weeks. I have not received any response from the company in regards to refunding me for their faulty merchandise.Business response
