      Purchase date - March 3, 2023 & June 2, 2023 Amount paid - $340 & $50 Business committed - 90 day warranty Bought a phone and within 1 month, it started boot looping. Brought back during warranty period on May 19, 2023. Was told it was an earpiece issue. After calling them and calling them about how long will it take to get the phone back, receive a call today (June 2, 2023), they say we replaced the screen and for me to come get the phone and it’s going to cost $60 or I cannot get my phone back. Was able to talk them down to $50 which was still unreasonable as it was under warranty. I bring it home less than 1 hour later, the battery died and then it started boot looping once again. Manager and employees never resolved the issue, made me pay more money for the repair and I agreed due to needing the device back.

      On Dec 26, 2022 I purchased a refurbished ******* ****** **** through Canadian Outlet Renewed which advertised a 90-day full exchange credit. The phone arrived and everything seemed okay, minus some relatively minor scratches on the screen. That day I went down to a local cell phone store with my parents to purchase a screen protector and have it professionally installed. The phone worked for 4 days and then stopped reading my SIM card. I tried 4 different cards with no success, then brought the phone to a cell phone repair shop which confirmed that there was an internal issue with the phone. I talked with Canadian Outlet and returned the phone which was confirmed received. There were significant delays getting a response from them, and multiple attempts to call which ended with 'we'll call you right back' and then no call came. When I finally tracked them down they said that there was no issue with the phone and that an exchange can't be made because there were scratches in the screen and that I have to give them $250 to fix it. My main points are: 1) Issues with this phone were already confirmed by an objective 3rd party repair shop 2) this was a refurbished phone that came with minor scratches on the screen. 3) a screen protector was installed immediately upon receipt of the phone and 4) this company is ******** ** ********* ********* ***** **** *** ********* me for an additional $250 and refusing to honour their 90 day exchange policy. I am seeking a full refund or a fully functioning exchange of equal or greater value. On April 4 my father called and spoke to *** ***** (who purported to be a manager). After the situation was explained, *** said he'd call back in 15min after talking to management (even though he had said he was management(.       I have made an order on ********** but the seller is CANADIAN OUTLET. I have called them to cancel the order but all they do is tell me to call a different number each time. I want my money back and I do not want my purchase. The only reason why I bought it was because it said it would be delivered by March 10, 2023.        I contacted the customer to get more details regarding his complaints such as his order number etc. but the customer told me to disregard this claim and that everything was sorted and disconnected the call.

      two phones were ordered and shipped - *** ***** ******** ******* these phones were advertised as being unlocked and therefore there was no concern regarding using them as they were not damaged.
