      They advertised a product as Gold, but I received a Stainless Steel item instead. Then they wanted me to pay the return shipping, a $20 customs charge, and a 15% restocking fee. Also the shipping was 10 days, not 4-6.

      12/20/22 I purchased two $400 chains & one $300 “18k Gold” necklace that tarnished & started smelling the second time I wore them. The “lifetime warranty” they claim is on our purchases 6ice doesn’t stand by it, they won’t return my money or even take the chains back. I paid $60-80 for some stainless steel rings @ ******* & have been wearing them faithfully for the last 10 years & my rings have NEVER tarnished like the chains I bought from 6ice. * *** ********** ******** ** **** ******* * ***** ***** **************

      I brought the bracelet from 6 ice LLC. According to their marketing information, the bracelet is pure .925 sterling silver but it is not.Its actually coated in silver and from brass, This is the third time for me asking them to just refund my money and I will return the bracelet. This time they told me its out of warranty but according to them also, Its a lifetime warranty. ***************************** selling the wrong material to the consumer. I just need my $200 refunded to me and they can have this brass bracelet that turns into green after an hour of wearing it.

      Purchased a custom photo pendant from online store. I ordered a medium pendant waited for it to arrive. First pendant I ordered arrive with white marks all over image inside pendant. Reached out to support was told to send video along with the picture evidence I already submitted. I attached a video to the email and never heard anything back. I then decided to order the same image on a small pendant as a gift for my grandmother. That pendant arrived and was a medium which is the same size as mine. Entirely too big for my grandmother which is why I ordered a small. Immediately reached out via email and chat support no response with either. Extremely poor customer service and lack of ownership with mistakes! Will never do business with this company again!

      On January 21, 2022 I purchased a 12mm prong chain necklace from 6ixice. The next day 1/22/22 i received an email stating it was shipped, as i checked the status it said "ready for ups". I contact customer service 1/31/22 as its still in ready for ups. They tell me its marked as shipped but they will contact their warehouse for further information. Despite my multiple emails, I have yet to hear back from anyone as of 2/2/22. I really would prefer the necklace shipped out immediately as the fix, but if they can't do that I want my money back in FULL ASAP.

      date of transaction: 8/15/21 amount of money paid to business: $298.90 the business (6ICE INC) promised to provide me with a refund or money credit back into my account on their website after i made a purchase that wasn't the right size. i returned the item (12mm Diamond Prong Cuban Chain White Gold - 14k White Gold / 18") immediately the day after and was exchanging messages with the merchant who promised to make sure i received my money back when they received the item. this seller has stopped responding altogether and has decided to keep my amount of $298.90. after weeks of waiting, months now, i have yet to receive my money. this company obviously has no intention of returning my money and lack the knowledge of properly running a business. if necessary i am able to provide images of our conversation which happened over an exchange of emails. all i want here is the amount that i am owed and my money back ($298.90) order: #XXXXX tracking number: 1Z5846FXXXXXXXXXXX
