    I purchased a set of knitting needles from Ewe Knit for $300. Before I purchased them, I asked the person working if she could show me a couple of different options, I told her I didn't know much about needle sets and asked if she could tell me the difference between the sets they had. She pulled a couple options for me and told me to look at them and let her know if I had any questions. She said they couldn't be opened, but I could read the packages and look them up online. The store got quite busy then and I tried asking her a couple questions, but she was busy helping other customers. Eventually I told her I thought I'd made a decision, but since the store was busy, I'd purchase them, take them home to look into them more and bring them back if I thought I should buy a different set instead. She told me that was no problem at all and that I could bring them back if I needed to. I've now been told multiple times that the store does not take any refunds. Apparently all sales are final on everything in the store except in-tact packages of yarn. Not only did the person helping me not tell me that, but she specifically told me I could bring them back. The store manager has admitted that **** ***** **** ****** ** ***** ****** ********** *** it's not posted anywhere in the store. They post it online and on the receipts. The problem with that is that I bought the item in person, so I wasn't looking at the website when I made the purchase. And you only get a receipt after you've made a purchase. So it doesn't help me to learn that an item is final sale after I've already bought it. I wasn't given the chance to make an informed purchase and now they're refusing to accept a $300 item back even though it is unused and I was told I could bring it back.
