      I ordered the product and paid. They provided tracking information that seemed legitimate. I received notification that the package was delivered. It was not at my house. Waiting for response from the company.

      ********* ******* ******** **** ***** Originally purchased 2 bras in October (didn't fit). I returned them for store credit which I had to contact the company approximately 2 months after I returned them. Received the store credit and ordered 2 more bras. They are NOT the most comfortable bras. I will be returning them. I realize that 1 is non refundable, but I'll take the "L" on it. Hopefully I will be refunded for the other one.

      **** * ***** ***** **** **** * ***** I’ve heard great things about their products but I wouldn’t know…nothing that I ordered for me despite following their measurement guide. I looked online afterwards and couldn’t believe the amount of people who had the same experience. The worst part was when I went to return to items I was told none of them were eligible for return as they were all final sale. I went back on the website and looked and that was NOT clearly marked. Can’t get anyone from customer service to get back to me. I plan on filing a formal complaint if they don’t get back to me this week. I’m only ordering from ********** from now on. The difference in customer service and ease of return/exchange is night and day.

      So was ordering some sale items and figured out Knix was recouping $10 of my $20 rewards points to now charge me shipping of $10 when before I applied my rewards points shipping was FREE. Then when I applied my rewards points they added shipping of $10 and also INCREASED the previous expedited shipping from $4.50 to $14.50. S*** **** ******* SHAME ON THEM! This company is cheaters, ******* and TOTALLY dishonest!

      Inconsistent sizing, terrible customer service. I ordered a few bras all the same size and they all fit differently. I won't order from this company again

      *** **** **** * ******** * ** ********* The bras were huge. I've tried to exchange them. Can't get anyone that's able to print the return label. *** ******** ** ***** ******. Can't get them on the phone. Now my account that you have to create to even buy their products has mysteriously disappeared. I'm stuck with over $100 of useless bras.

      I am trying to return 4 bras that I ordered. I went through the process of starting my return and this company only gives me an option for store credit! I DONT WANT A STORE CREDIT!!!! I would like my money back. Can't get anyone on the phone and the Bot is useless. I am going to contact my bank *** ***** * **** ** *** ****** ******** ****** *** ***** ** ********. I wonder if I will get a response any time soon??? * ********

      I bought a package back in 2021 and the "leakproof shorts" did not work at all, no one answered me when I brought up the issue, I figured I was just unlucky because mine was faulty so I let it go. But I still loved the other products in that package so I decided to buy an other package recently but two products were missing!!! I've reached out twice and no response, again.       I just received my order and one of the items is incorrect. I rechecked my order and it clearly states what I ordered but someone in their warehouse grabbed the wrong item. I'd like to exchange it for the correct item, but Knix's Customer Service is pretty much non-existent if you want to deal with an actual live person! I tried the phone# twice - each time the phone rang 2 times and then a recording came on saying there were no customer reps available (after only 2 rings they know this?). I tried the online chat bot who couldn't help because...it's a programmed bot!! When I requested a customer service rep, was again informed by the bot this time that there were no customer service reps available. The bot did forward my request to Knix somehow, and I received a response that I should hear back from someone IN 10 DAYS!!! And this response will only be by email! With such poor customer service availability, I will not be ordering from Knix ever again and will now have to spend wasted time trying to exchange one pair of underwear, or try to obtain a refund. I've learned the hard way unfortunately to ****** *** not order from companies that don't have a customer service dept where you can speak with a live person and don't have to wait 10 days for a response. Knix is now in that category.
