After I paid 936 plus 48 for NSF cuz they take out the night before cheque days and no they won't reply back to me after I tried borrowing and was told to reapply and send these documents so I did now they won't even loan me and even respond to me. ??Review from Ashley M

**** ** *** ***** ******* ** **** ***** I got a small loan. Paid it off. Was told to reapply online for another loan. Well first of all. After the payment was made. They didn’t update my account. It took me no less than 20 emails with screenshots as proof. As far as the reloan. I was told apply again after my payment was made. What a nightmare. They essentially stopped communicating as soon as the money was applied to my account. Over all *** * ********* ******** I wouldn’t recommend.

hi ****** we require a bank statement that shows your pay and the balance i n your account. Often people find that hard to do but it is available with all banks up to date on their websites. Im sorry you had difficulty providing the info. if there is anyway we can help we will.Review from Summer S

I owed 345.00 I have been trying to contact this company to arrange a payment plan over the phone, as they want me to send my bank information over email, and they are trying to take more money than what is owed. I've been told they don't have a phone facility working and I need to send what is owed over email. I'm trying to resolve this issue but they aren't willing to work with me.AppleTreeCash Response

********** ******** company they only reply back to you if you say you can't pay them or it bounces that's the only time they communicate and then they make you feel like the bad guy my bank account was compromised so the loan did not go through for repayment they basically added a couple hundred dollars in NSF fees and I said forget it I'll let it go to collections then I'll negotiate the pay it off at half the price have a good day stuff out of your control happens **** ****** **** * ****AppleTreeCash Response

I'm very discouraged by the lack of customer service at this company. Emailing and calling with no response. No confirmation email upon application, no reference number, etc. They are not the fastest loan company as they so advertise.
