I really want ** **** someone who could explain me when it’s decreasing or increasing. * **** *** ***** **** ***** *** i complain so much for this because it’s decreased step by step every month. I think Borrowell *** credit score could help me and I already referred over those people. I hope once a day my file with ******** could be clear as soon as possible. Hello! Thank you for your message. Borrowell doesn't calculate your credit score as we're not a credit bureau. We pull the score and report it to you directly from *******. ******* is a credit bureau and calculates your credit score. Your lenders report your credit information to ******* and then ******* updates your score and report. Which we then provide to you for free. Credit scores can be complex. I want to help you understand your credit score and provide you with the tools you need to improve it! There are five main factors that impact your overall score: 1. Your payment history 2. Your credit card and line of credit usage (aka your credit utilization ratio) 3. Length of credit history of your overall credit file and your individual accounts 4. Number of hard inquiries (to receive further credit) 5. Your credit variety (loans, credit cards, mortgages, open (i.e.phone bill). Since signing up with Borrowell, and apparently I can't opt out now, I get calls from collection agencies who must have got my number from them. I don't owe any money and the callers never address me by name, ** ** **** ** * ***** One called giving me a "case number" and another demands I call back by 4:00PM. I don't.Review from Stephen J

either their system for assessing credit score is broken or they are ************ providing lower credit scores to encourage people to use their strategic partners. My credit score is 750+ and their site continues to calculate it at 550 ! I tried to get an answer from someone about the discrepancy and received no reply to several approaches. I am completely suspicious of this company due to its misleading information.Review from laurie j

I have been their customer for just under a year. I have not had any issues with them so far and am happy with the service I have received. My only gripe is that it would be nice if there was a way to talk to an actual person as opposed to doing so only through email.Review from Gordon A

Replies to date NONE! Not one. All I get are automatic emails to say "We will get back to you" They never do. What *** **** is wrong with a company that does not respond to ANY communication? ** ***** *** * ***** * **** ******* * ***** ***** **** *** ******** ************. Checked credit score today. Down 35 points. Payments always on time and always paid off. Only thing they recommend is having recurring payments. I have several yet they don't seem to be recognized.
