              i got a 1000.00 dollar loan from ifinance. they sent me a contract to sign and i read it and found the payment date to be unacceptable because * ** ** ******* ****** *** **** *** *** *** *** *** ******* ** *** ** ** ***** ****** **** ***** ** ****** ***** ** *** *** ** *** ***** ********* *** ***** ****** ******* ** ********* now i asked for the payment date to be changed to the 27 before i signed the contract and i was told the when i sign the contract and send it in that then we could talk about the change to the payment date. in good faith i did that and phoned the person back to talk about the payment date change but i could not get him on the phone. i tried that several times and then i spoke to someone else and was told that the payment date could not be changed and that if i paid on a different date there would be a 30.00 dollar charge each time. i have made every 48.00 dollar payment *** *** **** * ********* ** **** ** ** ***** *** *** **** ****** ******* * *** *** *** *** ***** ***** ******** help

              ** *** *** * **** **** **** ********* ** ****** **** *** **** **** ******* ** * ***** **** ** ***** ** ******** ***** ** **** ****** * ****** I have a loan out with ifinance or Medicard or whatever they go by and they are horrible to deal with. I have always made my payments on time for the past two years until a few months ago **** ** *** ** ******* **** **** **** ***** ***********, I called ifinance told them my situation and asked if I could defer payments or change the payment dates around or just any assistance to help me untill we got back on our feet and the girl I spoke with was so cold and **** and did not want to listen to me .. * *** ** ***** ******* *** * ****** **** ****** ***** ****** ** ** **** ** *** ***** ******** and she kept going on about my contractual agreement and then she started ******* and ******** at me and I hung up at that point. I started getting emails from Patrick and Jenny threatening me that they are going to speak with their legal department and get garnishment on my wages and put a lien on my home. They even went so far as to demand I use the little bit of room I have on my line of credit **** ** *** **** ****** * **** **** ****** and use that to pay them. They looked into my credit report and saw the little bit I have of credit and demanded I pay them with it. I explained numerous times I’m not refusing to pay or ignoring payment and I’ve responded with dates for payments but if they can work with me ** *** ****** * **** **** and they just don’t care. They have no regard for peoples situations. **** ******* ****** *** *** **** **** ****** *** **** *** **** **** **** **** **** ** *** *****  Needless to say I will be looking into options to pay them in full and be done with this ******** company and never ever deal with them again. ** *** **** ********* * ******** ******* *** ***** ** **** **** ******* *** ** **********
