      In October of 2024, I completed a 2-3 long hour survey with a variety of musical audio clips. Upon completing this survey I was asked how I would like to be compensated and I selected ******.me and inserted the appropriate information and it was accepted and I was told I would receive a payment of 25$. I have yet to receive my payment. I have contacted you QUEST MIND SHARE through their website contact us section. I've called multiple times and couldn't actually reach a person on talk to. I've tried emailing them multiple times to no avail. I would just appreciate an appropriate correspondence from this company about them sending me the promised allotted amount of 25$ for my completion of their long survey. It's nearing to the end of the 5th or 6th week and I have yt to receive my payment to my ****** account.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is okay. However, it has been 6 weeks and y'all are sending me surveys to complete, that  im impartial to continuing, because I've yet to receive my payment for the first one that was 6 weeks ago.

      I competed a music study for this company on March 20, 2023 and was to receive compensation in the amount of $30 payable via ****** within 4-6 weeks. That period of time has since passed and inquiries sent to the company go unanswered. I request compensation for the work performed.       Was invited to do a 2 hour music survey. Compensation was $30 to be paid out within 5 weeks. I completed the survey March 13 2023.       I completed a 90 minute online music survey that was supposed to pay me $40. I completed the survey on 9/28/2022. As of this date 11/09/2022 I have yet to receive my ****** payment from them. I have made numerous attempts via email and phone call to resolve this but get no response.

      We have already responded to the consumer that they are outside the metro area of this study and are not entitled to compensation.

      "Through our Q/A and security process, we have found your online location to be outside of the ******** *********) Metro area. In order to be compensated, you will need to provide a National Midwest Urban One mailing address for a check to be sent as you are no longer eligible for ****** reimbursement.

      As a reminder, you were given the opportunity to confirm that you were located in the ******** Metro area with a disclaimer that you may not be eligible for re-imbursement should we find that you are not actually located in the proper location, prior to starting the survey."
