The truth here is, you were never planning to sign the agreement which would hold you accountable for the outstanding balance after the project is launched instead you waited 4 weeks to see if we can send you work so you can request a refund regardless. We never disappeared nor ignored your calls, we always attended to you and your husbands needs. We only stopped contact after your husband ************************ began threatening us to send the funds- it was never even about the website anymore. We still leave it open to you and if an agreement is signed, we will release all creative assets along with the production of your website within 24 hours because it was completed over 3 months ago when we told your husband. In this business without an agreement when we release all creative work, you can easily request a refund and take our work to get it done elsewhere from an outsource. You were told in the original meeting that the agreement would need to be signed before we send over creatives, failing to do so and still having the services rendered is why your deposit was not returned.
