I ordered what was supposed to be an “authentic autographed” CD from 2 Chainz and Lil Wayne being sold by ***. The item was ordered January 25, 2024 and arrived Feb 4, 2024. I preordered 7” vinyl from UMG sometime around September 2023. The vinyl were: **** *** *** *** *** ** ****** Single Vinyl X1 Order number ********* **** *** *** ***** ******** Single Vinyl x2 Order number ********* I got tired of continual shipping date pushbacks and requested a cancellation of all 3 vinyl ordered on November 30th, 2023. I received an email back stating that they confirmed cancellation, and to expect my refund within 7-10 business days. It has now been well over a month since the confirmed cancellation, to which I received another email after reaching out to them on 3 different occasions post ‘cancellation’ (December 27th, 2023, January 2nd, 2024, and January 8, 2024). The new email from UMG stated that they could not proceed with the cancellation until I confirmed my full name and email address that was used for the order. I was under the impression it had been cancelled LONG before this!!!!! I have since done what they asked, and still to no avail. I have been ordering from UMG for a long time now, and I will never be ordering through them again. I am sending this email to inform you that my complaint, ID ********, has been resolved. I have received communication from UMG Canada and have received all expected refunds.
