I've had consistently negative experiences with bid416.com. Multiple listings were inaccurate, and when I raised concerns, they refused refunds and dismissed me, claiming they were always right. The owner's unprofessionalism and the company's disregard for customer complaints are deeply concerning. Based on my experiences *** ***** ** ******* I cannot recommend bid416.com. Their descriptons are incorrect. ***** ******** ******* ** *********** I was told “not the employees problem” as well as pretty much called an *****! when I asked if I could not get what I purchased because it wasn't going to fit after doing research on it! But I recently placed a bid for a ******* blender that clearly showed condition as New and Retail price for $825 or so. I went online to do my due diligence on the blender as I normally do when bidding on an item. I finally won the blender but noticed the description of the item changed immediately to used and Retail price of the item changed to $659 or so. Still decided to make payment as all pictures posted showed item was on great condition except a minor broken part which wasn’t noticeable. Tell me why I got my package today and the blades of the blender are all rusty and the part of the blender that attaches to the base is all so rusty. I reached out to them asking why those rusty parts were not posted to inform your customers of what they will be getting. Scott said and I quote “ no way to describe everything down to the finest details, someone could always find a reason to return because we did not mention a scuff mark for example” ***** ** ** ** ***** ***********. You deliberately leave out major parts of the description ** ***** ****** ********* ***** because of what could be wrong with the item. You don’t leave out important details like the item being rusty and also changing condition from New to Used after item was won. ****** *** ******** ******

Until recently did not have any issues however purchased an item that was falsely advertised as an authentic item yet it was not. I addressed it months after the fact as it was purchased early as a Xmas gift and was told that it was beyond policy. The fact remains that it was purchased and paid for as an authentic item and not a knock off item. very disappointed with outcome. Dec 2023
