I ordered 2 plants from this company on January 29, 2024 for a total of $170.00. The order # was ****. They arrived 3 days later via ****** **** and were completely frozen upon my receipt. I took photos immediately and contacted the company. They gave me support and guidance on trying to salvage the plants if I was at all able to do so which I was not. They agreed to send out replacements of both when the weather warmed up which I was totally good with. On February 9, 2024 I placed another order for 2 more plants and emailed them to let them know I had done so and to see if they could just ship them all together when it was warmer. No problem. This order # was **** and totaled $106.58. So bring us to today. I received my order again via ****** ****. I opened up the box and first of all was missing one of the replacement plants( the Calathea white fusion) they were to send me. Then as I opened each plant up they were totally dead, not a chance of survival at all. This time the bag was warm so I had no idea what happened to them. I took photos immediately again and sent them an email right away as they require for their refund policy . I asked this time for just a refund on all 4 of the plants as it just wasn’t working out after these 2 times. They said I didn’t qualify for refund and they’d replace them when it’s warmer. I emailed them again asking for a refund as I’m entitled to it as per their policy. They **** **** ***** *** said they refuse even a replacement now and I told them I was going to BBB and they said they’ll drag it out over a month and I likely won’t get what I want. They are saying *** * ***** *** didn’t follow procedure of opening box with ****** **** here which is not listed anywhere on their site or a normal procedure anywhere. I have every email between us and not once did I push them to send these plants out when they didn’t want too or anything. This is terrible, I did nothing wrong but order from the wrong company I guess. Please help
