We purchased a lot from Recap Investments well over 10 years ago simply as an investment. We were told there was a huge demand for them and their staff would help us sell ours when ready. 10 years later Recap has done absolutely nothing to help us sell this lot. I had an extremely negative experience with Recap Investment, particularly with the owner, Roni. Despite initial promises, my investment was mishandled, and I have yet to see any returns. Roni consistently failed to communicate transparently, often making misleading statements and then disappearing when accountability was needed. Recap investments are ******.l have bought property in Costa Rica. Was told if l didn't want within 2 years ,they would refund yhe money. We invested in Recap Investment a few years ago. Well we paid them a large amount money in investing in Costa Rica. Well when they built our place we didnt have the rest of your funds and they sold our place without consent from my CL Husband. We asked for our24000,.00 Us funds back and still no reaction.
This is unaceptable in every way. MIsleading the consumer.

We are sorry to hear that the individual feels this way. Shortly after purchasing a pre-construction villa in our Playa Lagarto community, they informed us they could not move forwards and complete the transaction. At the time they were notified their deposit could be forfeited. A series of solutions were presented such as crediting the amount paid in exchange for a small lot in the community, as well as a condo in another project in which they expressed interest. Either of those options are still available to the purchasers. We will reach out directly again to discuss.Recap Investments Inc. Response

Recap Investments. Out of Toronto We bought a condo in Panama. Then sold it. Recap has received 90 percent of the price of the condo from new buyers and still has not Given is our money back. Poor customer service and poor communication.
