GTA House Buyers was very flexible and easy to talk to. They bought our house as-is, gave us a flexible moving date to match the purchase of our next house, and they gave us a loan so we had funds for buying our next house. It was what we needed based on our complicated house situation. Highly recommend GTA House Buyers.

Michael K. from GTA Homebuyers was amazing to work with from start to finish in selling my mother's house. He was responsive to my questions even when he was on vacation. Thank you very much for helping me achieve my very first house(detached). Woohoo! ;) GTA House Buyers bought my condo from me right on the spot on the very first visit within minutes; made it super easy and stress-free. We used gtahousebuyers to sell our property in the GTA, St. Clair & Warden area. We met with Michael for the first time at our property. He inspected the property (which needed extensive renovations), and within an hour offered us a fair price; we signed the offer to purchase that day; and the transaction to sell our house was completed that afternoon. We closed the sale a month later as we were given the choice of when to close using a real estate lawyer of our choosing. The process was incredibly easy.
Our experience with Michael and gtahousebuyers could not have been better. Customer service is excellent with this company; any e-mails or telephone calls were promptly responded to, and Michael is very likeable and shares his real estate knowledge freely and openly which was very appreciated by us. It was a great experience from beginning to end with this company, and a pleasure to work with Michael *************************************************************** **************
