i have purchased a dress via online and went in to the store on Oct 15th to return the product as the item is too tight. I wanted to get a bigger size by trying it at the ***** ****** location. They didn't have the sizes available so i have asked the cashier that i want to return the dress. She said i cannot process the refund as our system is down come back once our store manager is back. After an hour we went back and the manager took my items and bill and said i will process and call and inform you once the refund is completed as we are having computer issues. He called back and said your refund is processed and should receive in 5 business days. We called back on Monday and informing that we still haven't received the refund and it's been more than 5 days. He said, let me call the IT department and call you back today itself. no calls till now. I have been calling for my money to this store 4 times between yesterday and today. The cashier at this store is very rude and telling me to calm down. If we have an IT issue we cannot do anything it's a different place who fix the issues. Once our manager is back will contact you. I gave my product which i bought it for $678 CAD and now my money also they are keeping it. I really need my refund. * **** **** ***** ** *********
