      ****** **** *** ******* Responded to an add and signed up. Tried to download app - no app for Android. Tried to add it to my set top box - not in **** app list. Last option is their website. Got an account set up and logged in. Clicked on a live game - got 'An error has occurred ...'. Contacted Customer Support. They sent me a generic Try This Try That email with mostly non applicable suggestions. Replied with details of my extremely generic setup - Android 12 ******* no VPN no firewall - got sent the exact same Try This Try That email. Replied again - no response. NO REFUNDS.
      So they do not support the most common ******* phone setup in the ****** country *** **** ***** *** GOT YOUR MONEY ** ***** ******** AND NO, YOU CAN'T SPEAK TO ANYONE ABOUT IT. Don't recall seeing any of this in their ad. **** **** ****** ****************** *** *** ****** ** **** ******* *** * ** *** ***** *** *** **** ****** ******** ********

      I bought a subscription I haven't been able to access . I've emailed several addresses to no avail on November 12th $22.59 was taken from my account , i have yet to watch sportsnet . ***** ******* *** **** *** ******** * should have check the company's business ****** first i guess . lesson learned . I've contacted my bank and sportsnet will not take another dime from me . *******

      Accidentally signed up for 2 accounts in 2023 due to account synching issues. One was never even logged in to but they refused a refund.

      The playoff hockey game I was watching went into OT and ****Net killed the broadcast saying the live event had ended. How can a sports broadcaster not account for the possibility of OT?
      Had to catch the rest ofcthe game over the radio! The next day I cancelled my subscription and got a refund.

      Regional restrictions are a joke! I understand that these are set by the *** and not Rogers or Sportsnet themselves, but we all know how much power broadcasting has over sports in North America and if they really wanted to do something they could approach the *** about it. The fact that I live in ONTARIO and get blacked out from games on SNO (SportsNet ONTARIO) is an absolute joke. I live 45 mins outside the Nations Capital *** **** *** *** ****** ******** and half the time I get 'regional restriction' notifications when I try to watch **** games. It's pathetic and an absolute farce!

      I couldn't be more upset with Sportsnet. I spent over 7 hours with their useless "chat". That's where you type back and forth until you can't stand it anymore,,, like for 2 and 1/2 hours per session and your game is over and you don't care anymore *** ***** ** **** **** ***** *** ***** ** ** ** *** ***** **** ** *** *** ********** **** **** **** **** ***** and nothing will happen and that's because Sportsnet could not care less.
      The last time I made contact with their chat (is this AI?) I left my phone number and demanded my money back, this was after I was assured that there was no body that would speak to me.

      Says no regional blackouts but then won't show you you team vs some other team based on their stipulations. After I already paid $200+ dollars for an unrefunable subscription.

      Poor quality, worse product than previous iteration. *** **** * ******** ** ** ***** ** ********** Technology doesn't work, blackouts galore, and their layout is not logical at all. There are about 50 other things wrong but I'm just so tired of complaining about this ***** company

      Different issues every season. They should have to issue partial refund or be penalized for not delivering services as promised. Customer service is of no help either.
