In 2020, I did a 2 yrs lease takeover from BWM Toronto with the Sale Rep, Felix T. During that time, everything was fine. He showed the car and process the paper works. He explained me the process and cost to do lease takeover. The car is good condition with no record on Carfax or any accidents. Original owner was a student from China and needed to return to China during the pandemic. So I went ahead and completed the lease takeover. Signed all documents and Felix showed to me on Carfax there was no record. Early this year, my lease are due and I was working with another BMW dealership due to proximity and the Sale Rep from that dealership tried to do lease return and get a new car. While in process, he informed me that there was a record on Carfax that was claimed in 2019 so that my "trade-in" value would be lower. Obviously I was shock and upset by this. This is something that Felix didn't inform me *** **** ** **. He did a ***** ** mis-presentation so that he can get sale or commission. Now that the trade-in value is lower so I have no choice but to lease buy-back. I have tried to contact Felix and, of course, he denied of knowing it and he "claim" that he sold 10 days a day so he won't remember of that. I called BMW Toronto and asked to speak to Sale Manager. Allen L, called me back, and asked me to write an email to explain what happened. So I wrote an email, early end of December 2022, and follow up email early January 2023 and yet today no words from Allen L, Sale Manager. I called BMW head office and they claimed that each dealership are individually owned but the Rep did took my information and she said she will past to BMW Toronto to contact me. So it has been 2 weeks ago and no response from BMW Toronto yet. In summary, BMW Toronto and its sale rep, did a ********** to its customers and won't rectify or response to their issues. * ***** ***** **** ********** *** *** ****** * ********* ******
