    Service was done online. I paid 523.95 per month, 4th of each month I cancelled the service early Nov,2023 sent email 3 times Cancelled my credit card they were taking payments from Got a new Credit Card issued and Webware still took a payment Dec 4,2023 on my new card that I did not authorize payment I will be calling *** this morning to stop Dec 4,2023 Debit I have not heard from Webware io throughout this process

    Last September, from Webware contacted our company promising to enhance our online presence by getting us listed on ******'s front page and redesigning our ******* site for $3,000. We were assured that everything would be operational by December. Unfortunately, this did not materialize as planned. Concerned, I reached out via email specifically requesting an explanation of their process and confirmation that there were no contractual obligations beyond three months. Instead of improvement, they replaced our original ******* site, which drastically reduced our orders from 12-14 per week to barely three, even though these were from returning customers. It took six months for the site to be somewhat functional, a far cry from the promised three months, and during this period, the number of new orders was minimal. The situation worsened when I was informed of a one-year contract, contradicting previous assurances, and charges of $250 per month were imposed. After raising this issue, Manager offered a discounted rate of $95 for the remaining months of the contract. Frustrated, I reverted to our original ******* setup and saw an immediate recovery in order numbers. I feel that Webware's actions were ********** and have caused significant harm to my business.
