** ***** ** **** ********* *** **** ******* *** ******** ******* ** ***** Their sales guy Jesse is as smooth as they come. They've taken $3700 so far. Haven't done anything at all. They scheduled a meeting but never called. Won't return my phone call or respond to my email. *** ******* *** ***** *** ********* Promised to have my website ready within a month and to keep me updated. It's been over a month and they've gone completely silent on me. I'm such a fool to have believed yet another company. This happened to me last year too. ** ********** is working to return my payments. DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY TELL YOU. ********* ******* *** **** **** ******** ********. Abhinav, You set a meeting for yesterday but I never heard from you. Additionally, we are now a month in and I see nothing. Where is the website? I can’t even get an update on it. How long will this take? Several months just to get going? My level of frustration and disappointment is high. As a company you’ve already lost a lot of credibility with me. Not sure I want to continue now. I thought it would take longer than a month before I would start to wonder whether I made the right decision. We can either call it even and you can refund me the money I already spent or you can give me a month free until I see some progress. *****.Review from Edwin O

Webware sends you a bunch of tasks for you to complete as opposed to them doing the work. They simply do not deliver on their promises. **** *********. They don't return calls and fail to complete the job. They continued to charge me for a product that is not but and running.Review from Wesley H

I can't say enough positive things about Webware! They have been such a pleasure to deal with and they have tools available for me to use to make my job easier when it comes to marketing. They took our old website along with some new content I provided and designed our new website which looks clean, fresh, modern and correctly and efficiently tells the public who the company is and what we do. They asked me to review the final design and gave me opportunities to make changes before it launched. Anytime I have a question, their live chat window gives prompt fast and efficient answers along with having a designated account manager, MJ that phones me twice a month to review things, offer suggestions, and answer any new questions that may come up. I can reach out to her or other support people at Webware anytime that suites me and they are fast to respond. I am saving hundreds of dollars in marketing administration costs, with their monthly package fee. Obviously, I am very happy to have found them.Webware.io Response
