5/22/2023 - Start of business, the site we pay to have is unavailable. The phone number given for support when we signed up now connects to a ******* ********** facility. The other number gives a busy signal and disconnects. The "Chat support" puts me in a queue, then cuts off, then I have to restart, and get in the queue again, and still no answer. The site is down. The people are unable to register for the upcoming annual meeting, I am unable to email them the address information or a **** link as all the information is on the site, that as of this morning has become for some unknown reason inaccessible. No response, and being cut out of a queue position, and no live contact, as was the deal when we set our account up has make this a terrible experience. Wild Apricot has all of our information, and has not provided me access to it. All payments are made, but they are not providing the services. As of this writing, I am in the third queue in as many hours, with no resolution or contact of any kind.Initial Complaint

On March 23, 2022, I requested that the our Account #****** be changed to a monthly subscription ($190.00 per month) to downgrade the subscription before the 3-25-2022 automatic renewal payment. I have emailed numerous times regarding the ticket opened by Wild Apricot, "Wild Apricot Support ticket ******." To date, I have not received a response other than an email on March 23rd from Wild Apricot stating to email from my email address used on our website. I complied with that email on March 24, 2022. Since, that time Wild Apricot does not respond to my emails nor is there any way to contact them telephonically. The phone number listed for billing does not work. Wild Apricot must change Account #****** to the monthly payment plan as of March 25, 2022 as requested on March 23, 2022. The billing for Account #****** needs to be changed to the correct plan (monthly) and the monies needs to adjusted accordingly. Thank you.Business response
