I went to Dr Younes' office after they contacted me for a dental cleaning. I kept my appointment on June 23, 22 and was told that they didn't have time that day to finish the cleaning and did the bottom teeth only. I was told after my appointment that they had no openings to finish the cleaning in the next few days and that they would call me with an appointment time. I paid in full for the full cleaning and left in the amount of $268.20. Several days later I finally received a call to say that Dr Younes' office was too busy and had no time to complete the cleaning until October 3, 22. I made the appointment and specifically asked the caller, ****, if I was paid in full. **** said yes, that they are simply going to finish the cleaning. I went into my appointment and the dentist said that she was simply going to touch up the bottom layer of my teeth because several months have passed. She added polish and flouride which was not included in the cleaning price I went to the receptionist knowing that I had to pay for the extras. The receptionist said I owe $238.00 for the entire cleaning to include the extras. I explained an error has been made because I already paid in full in June. I left the office in disgust without paying. I wanted to think on the matter. I felt like I had been deceived, lied to and taken advantage of. I asked for a revised invoice twice today, only to be ignored and sent the original for $238.00 I know that I will continue to be ignored and that my credit rating will be effected. I will mail them a cheque tomorrow for $66.00 plus tax tomorrow for the extras. I wish for this matter to not hit my credit bureau report. I always pay my bills and have a superb rating.
