Hi there, I want to preface this by saying I contacted the business to get a refund and they are denying me full refund. Instead they say they will "credit" my account. The problem is, I paid over $20+ in shipping and in order to cash out on this credit I will have to pay another $20+ in shipping to get a product that may be unusable again. I will provide a onedrive link that you can use to see the video evidence I provided to the business. Their refund policy states that you must have video evidence; which I provided. Now, they are saying the video is not sufficient proof in order for me to get a refund. It's absolutely ridiculous. I purchased LIVE products from this business; springtail colony and dwarf white isopods. These organisms are beneficial to live terrariums; so I ordered them off this business' website because they had competitive pricing. I read their shipping policy and refund policy thoroughly before ordering. I placed the order on Monday, February 28th. I did not receive my package until Friday, March 4th at around 12:45 PM. (I didn't even get the Purolator delivery notification until 2:00 PM). My point in mentioning this is I was waiting to receive the package ASAP because I did not want these tropical organisms to be waiting outside in the cold. I opened the package immediately and noticed the organisms were not moving. I inspected the containers carefully and noticed the organisms were deceased. I was very upset at this point and got my phone and infrared heat gun to take a video (knowing the business would require this information). Now, I am staying in a rural area in Quebec, my upload speed is 1MB. I have very slow speeds. I sent an email to the business advising them of this on March 4th at 2:37 PM because it took nearly two hours to upload several photos and I was unable to attach my video as it was too large. ************************************************  They will not refund me despite pleading with them and provide video proof.
