      Ordered $1700 of mostly Silver from this company. Paid within the 24 hour period and now they are silent. Not responding to emails or calls. They claim that items will be shipped within 10-14 days. It's well past that period and there are not responding. ***** **** ******* **** *** ******* They charge a heavy premium for credit card transactions. Luckily I paid CC and not e-transfer like that wanted me to, so I'm working with ****** **** for a charge back

      I purchased a 1kg silver bar from Auction network,
      1month later began emails.
      Left messages with them, on there phone service, (no one picks up, no one returns calls)
      I have not received anything from them, now going on 2months.
      I have contacted my credit card as well, as my lawyer, and am taking legal actions,
      product was charged to my credit card amounting to $1,200 and change

      I've done two auctions with them. First one took over a month for a response and I never received items.
      Second auction they sent items in similar shape and weight but not the right items. They did not send 2 items I paid 50$ for. Three weeks into trying to email them they still haven't responded and they charge me for something today (over a month later) no idea what it is. ************************ No customer service and they just bump out auction after auction. Horrible experience.

      I send two emails stating I will leave a review if you don't respond. This is after one month of no contact from this company. They then charged me 36 dollars without communication still. I then finally got a hold of these people to only get a partial refund. These people do not read there emails ***********************. It's scary to have someone take your money then add another charge a month later with no merchandise. *******************************. It's truly it very very frustrating. I think a review does what happened some justice and the public should be aware.

      From start to finish it was a bad experience dealing with Auction Network ,,,, This was the ******* auction, Dec 2021. I was provided a website to book a time slot for pick up and no time slots were available at all . After multiple attempts one time slot became available so I took it , There was no phone number listed for support , so I emailed Friday asking for help ,,,,,,no response of course. When I arrived at the pick up location there was no signage as to which unit in this industrial complex was the one to go to . Several cars were circling around looking for the location. We eventually figured it out . The other three people that arrived at the same time had no time slots booked for pick up , as they could not negotiate the website as well. The two people at the pick location had some difficulty locating things . There was nobody in management or ownership from Auction Network present to hemp with this process. Every other online auction company we deal with has someone from ownership present to help. I will never bid on anything from Auction Network again

      Kevin, We received (1) email from you on December 15, 2021 stating you had an issue with lot 499. You were then refunded for the lot in the amount of $16.67 on December 16, 2021. Off-site auction pick up details are posted prior to bidding and are sent with paid invoices. Anyone who has difficulties finding a time slot they prefer (for movie set auctions) are instructed by email to show up and they will be looked after. Regarding pick up time frames and the physical location (for movie set auctions), we are provided with instructions by the owner and must follow them. We are sorry we did not meet your expectations.       Poor Service, bought a couple of items from a 3 day sale, Oct 30, 2021 got one email saying invoice was paid and ship was indicated on the invoice, I got the second email the next day Nov 1, 2021. Having received no further corrispodince from Auction network I sent them an email Nov 4th asking them when I could expect confirmation of shipping and received no response. I sent the next email Nov 8th again asking for a response inregards to shipping, no response, so I called them and left a message that I was getting worried about the items I already paid for (they charged my credit card on Oct 31st for the first purchase and Nov 1st for the second purchase) again no response from Auction network. So on Nov 9th I entered a dispute on the transactions with my credit card company, in response on the 10th of Nov I received an email giving me a tracking number for one of the items and said they would send me the next tracking info shortly, I never received anything from them about the second purchase until Nov 14th they resent the tracking number for the first purchase but no info on the second purchase. On Nov 16th they resent the tracking number for the first purchase again and said that I should have received info about the second purchase but did not. I received the first package on Nov 16th, and removed the dispute on the transactions for the purchases on my credit card. On Nov 22nd I sent them another email asking about shipping info for the second purchase because I saw another charge from Auction Network on my credit card statement, but had not heard about shipping info yet. On Nov 28th I received an email saying that I should have gotten the second package, but still no tracking info. A month later and still no tracking info. POOR SERVICE or as I told them NO SERVICE from Auction network.

      ************************************************************ you never sent me tracking information on the second purchase and you never sent me shipping invoices on either item and yes i did dispute the transactions on my credit card because you never responded to any of my inquires about shipping until the day before the first item was delivered. When I received the first item I contacted the credit card company and had the disputes removed even before I received the second purchase and just because you have to wait for the credit card company to process the request you start crying about not getting your money, Yet you didnt care when I was concerned about paying you people for something I wasnt sure I was going to get. And notice you can only provide one tracking number, thats because you never gave me the second one either. *************************************************************** *************************************************************** ******

      Ive purchased a few things from this auction house but never again.

      Sure they state "sold in as is condition ", that's where you turn and run. I didn't and I ended up with a paper shredder that was an ****** return, jammed up with someone else's shredding job and completely malfunctioning.

      Then I purchased a "limited edition giclee from ******************, complete with certificate of authenticity which ended up being nothing more than a sheet of paper with the artwork and mat frame printed on it. ***************. They don't care.

      For those reading and for accurate context:

      The "paper shredder" referred to was apart of a ***** online retailer return auction with the following disclaimer: "Please note: unless otherwise stated, these are returned items from the worlds largest online retailer, *ITEMS COULD BE MISSING PARTS, BE USED, BE DAMAGED OR HAVE NOTHING WRONG AT ALL*. Where there is a significant discrepancy between what is being shown and sold, we are always accommodating." This disclaimer is posted prior to and while bidding and must be agreed to by anyone participating in the sale.

      The "*********** -Giclee - "*************************"-11 x 14 Limited Edition by ********** Editions.0" being referred to was accurately described and photographed.

      Respectfully, your suggestions are not true for all all reasons states. We have been in business for over 45 years and host between 10-15 sales a a week. We do care.

      With regards to the paper shredder I acknowledged in my review that I knew it was "sold in as-is condition". I was the sucker who took the chance and ended up with a useless *************. Why would I contact you about it? You simply would have reiterated your policy and pointed out your disclaimer.

      As for the ********** ******, a ****** is defined as :

      ****** prints follow these standards:

      Inkjet Printer: Standard inkjet prints are made using dye-based inks. ******s are made using pigment-based inks.
      High Resolution and Color: They have the sharpest detail and highest resolution, displaying a full-color spectrum. ******s capture every shade of an original work.
      Archival Paper: The paper or surface used must be acid-free and of archival quality to ensure longevity.

      What I received was a photograph of the painting with a fake mat around it printed on thin shiny paper. It's reminiscent of the fake pictures you find in frames when you buy them from a store. It's not archival paper and was of zero quality. Worth $10 at the most. You say you photographed this item? I highly doubt you actually removed it from its packaging and held that thin, flimsy paper in your hand and considered it art. And if you did, shame on you for your misleading description.

      And as before, why would I contact you? You clearly state that anyone bidding on anything is basically taking a chance. I took that chance twice and got burned. My review was my truthful experience with Auction Network and a warning to anyone else considering bidding in one of your auctions.
