    In June 2022, I leased a *** **** *** ** ********* Since leasing the car, we found many missing parts and issues with it. We notified the dealership of these and got some resolved, but there’s a car part that’s still missing (run flat tire kit) and the dealership isn’t handling the issue appropriately. We’ve been following up for months with our Sales & Leasing Consultant, Yasmin A., but she never had an update. Recently, she told us that the issue is her manager’s responsibility now. We contacted the manager, Muhammad A., by phone on February 8, 2023, 8 months since the kit was presumably ordered. Upon speaking with him, he told us that he wasn’t aware of the issue and had a member of the parts team reach out to BMW. We asked him when we can expect a follow up and he let us know that he’d reach out to us shortly after the weekend. A month has passed since that call, and we still have no update from him. We’ve tried reaching out to the manager numerous times by phone since February 8, and left him a couple of messages with the receptionist, yet he still fails to get back to us with an update. We tried reaching out to Yasmin again, but she hasn’t responded to our messages. We sent an email to Yasmin and Muhammad on March 4 as a last resort for an update and asked when we can expect the kit by, but neither one of them has responded. As a professional dealership, they should be responsible for the communication between their team and their clients. Since leasing the car in June 2022, we have been met with lack of communication and unprofessionalism. If we had known back in June 2022 that we’d be dealt with this level of unprofessionalism and have this issue be ******* *** for many months, we would’ve cancelled the deal immediately. We can’t continue business with a dealership that fails to update their clients and ignores any attempt of communication with them. **** ***** *** **** ***** ***** *********** **** ***** *** **** *** **** *********** ****
