Now on June,4,2022 bike finally done and a $1204.16 bill. Not to happy about the time it took but my bike is done yes! look over the bill and find that I am pay a 60% restocking fee for parts he ordered wrong he called me and said need to get parts right from arctic cat. He got parts from ***** ******* repair and service in metcalfe I have got parts they before for my atv they are a cat dealer. I don’t have any prob with them it is the fact I am pay for a mistake he made when got the parts for my atv. The parts prices are $454.50 for one parts and got back $182.71 the other part is $316.43 and got back $127.20. So when I was there to pick up my atv and look at that and got mad well pissed and said that I should not have to pay this cause u did parts wrong he then told me that I said my atv was not the right model and it was my fault and not his so got a little more pissed and said fine fuck it I will pay this bill and u will never c me again there was other people in there wait to get parts I was not happy with this and make this clear. So went out side and let him deal with other people in line. My atv was out in shed locked need to wait to open amd when did and got bike out he gave me back! $200 said this is best I can do for your bill took it and said I will look into this more this is not right. I just want to get the $ back for the restocking fee I could c if I told him part # and stuff like that but was left with him. Prob forgetting some but that is it.Business response

When customer dropped bike off,,he was asked year & model of bike,,So correct parts could be ordered,,,to repair his clutch. I was told by the customer it was a HI model which has a Suzuki engine,,,So i ordered parts for a HI model. Whwn we went to install parts,, we found out,it WAS NOT a HI model. So parts did not fit. We had to reorder the correct parts,,which caused a delay in the repair. The incorrect parts were returned to the ARCTIC CAT dealer , who charged a 60% re stock fee. NOT ME. When the correct parts were got,,,we installed them,,,bill was over $1600.00 we reduced it to $1200.00. to help this customer out. After a HUGH outcry at my shop,,in front of other customers,,,I decided to help out with the restock fee even MORE & refunded him $200.00. I explained this problem was caused by him,,giving the wrong information,,on his bike when it was drooped off. I explained he would have to go to ALLEN Johnson the Arctic dealer & talk to him about balance of 60% restock charge. In the end Customer got his bike repaired for $1000.00 when it should have been $1600.00. He has nothing to complain about. JUST a note ,,bike was brought to our shop for repairs because ,,he was un happy , with previous repairs at Allen Johnsons.Customer response

Hello I read the statement me make and I never said that I was unhappy with work from other shop and the concern on my part is that if I take my atv to a shop and they just order the parts wrong it was his order not me if I gave part # I could c This but he did it and we talked about my bike have a Suzuki motor but I guess I I have to deal with this cause I don’t fell like any thing will b done about this I am just upset that I the costumer have to pay for a SHOP mistake that does work on all makes and models. I am just confused as to how they are able to charge me a 60% restock fee if u read on the internet says 15 to 25%.
