Worst ******* *** customer service ever …. Got delivery from ******.ca by them they damaged my new built property and for the last 2 or three weeks we are trying to have a response from them through ******.ca and no one bothered him self…. I can’t understand who is the smart guy that left 3000 sq ft and place a mattress over a window breaking the window and almost burnt the whole house while there was no one in it!!!LTi Logistics Response

We are sorry to hear that your were not satisfied with your delivery. We were advised of your dissatisfaction on July 9th. After gathering the facts and reviewing internally, our Claims Department reached out to you July 19th. You were advised that your friend accepted and signed for the delivery on your behalf and if he was was not happy with the location the team left the mattress in, he could have requested it to be relocated. ***** ******* ******** ****** *** *** ******* ** *** *** ************** ******** ** *** ** **** *** ********** They have the worst and ******* customer service towards their clients. We recently purchased all new appliances and had it delivered through them unfortunately. During unloading appliances into the house, their delivery guys damaged our newly built home walls and when asked about it told we could report it to claims and they'll take care of it. When we reach out to the claims department they declined saying the bill of lading was signed so we are not bothered with your claims. Who does that?? Their delivery guys coerced us into signing the document saying it's mandatory and we shall have 48 hrs to report any damage.They absolutely don't take any accountability for their own services, in future I am never going to use them again *** ********* ******* **** *** ******. On top of it the smart delivery guy also gave us his contact number and name and told us to call him if claims doesn't go through and he will sort it for us. ******* ************* ** ******* * **** ***** **** ** *** **** *** **** * **** *** ** * * ***** ** the delivery was not good they give you a window for delivery of 4 hours and they show up 2.5 hours late . Then still show up with no phone call to say they are going to be late . They never put down floor covers to protect the new floors . They damaged my new floor and the guy said just call and send in pitchers they will fix it. So i did and two week later i get a text form ****** ****** saying in a text they are not going to cover fixing the floor. So i reply back and got not Response from them .So you call them and they keep hanging up on you. This is how we do business this is wrong how people hide behind a text and there is no way to get in contact with them. So i am going to hand this off to our lawyer and let him deal with it *** * *** ***** ******** *** * *** **** * ***** ** ******* *** ** *** **** they say in there add white glove handle with care we care about people we stand behind what we do .So far from the truth.Review from Gina G

I purchased a new fridge and was told that they would take my old appliance, which I paid $20 to have removed, to be recycled and did tell me I could take any of the shelves from the fridge I wanted. When LTi came to take my old appliance, they requested the shelving back because they were going to fix my fridge and "give" it to a friend, and me being stupid gave all the things back to them. Although it's keeping items out of the landfill, I feel like I was mislead. I opened a case with LTi and their delivery guy told them that they told me I could keep any items, which completely opposite. I sent a complaint, they basically told me that their guy told them I was *****, and they would not offer any compensation. So... Lesson learnt. Keep whatever you want from the appliance you paid to have 'recycled'.Review from Nikola M

I had a fridge delivered by this company. The delivery men chose to come through the back slider rather than the front door. Upon their discovery that the fridge was too large to fit through the back door, the sliding portion of the back door was removed. The fridge was still slightly too large. The men were visibly frustrated with how long the delivery was taking, and decided to try and remove the second door from the slider. Despite my father-in-law informing the delivery men that the door was a permanent fixture, they seemed adamant about its removal. They used various tools laid out from the renovation we were currently working on, used putty knives, screw drivers, hammers and a crow bar, even succeeding in snapping the head off the screwdriver, which we later found discarded outside in the yard. In doing so they managed to break the seal on the door as well as bend the metal track on which the slider moves.. Now we have water and ice leaking and freezing inside of the house as well as a slider that no longer opens smoothly. Right before a snowstorm, a door with a broken seal is not ideal. N They ended up getting the fridge inside through the front door. Without an issue. The damage that resulted from the delivery will cost us three times more than what the fridge was worth. After submitting a claim to the claims department they declined the damage and will not be compensated by the damage THEY caused. After informing *** of our poor delivery experience, we were given an email to contact, which we did. From there, we were sent another email to explain our situation to. We have not heard back from anyone and are now having to deal with a huge problem. I wish we never had gone with this company to save the couple hundred dollars, because the experience cost us a lot more.Review from Robin P

Absolutely horrific experience with both *** ********** and LTi logistics (their delivery service). After denting my fridge, dinging my brand new quartz countertops twice and denting my brand new custom kitchen they are refusing the damage claim. The delivery driver did not treat me or my home with respect and I felt extremely uncomfortable with their demeanor. Their customer service has been absolutely terrible and instead of helping to rectify the situation they accused me of lying. Would never ever ever recommend.Review from Curtis H

Had a fridge delivered and the delivery team didn't use their own materials (no moving blankets) to drag the fridge across my hardwood floor and then move a carpet to conceal the damage. I agree with the other complaints that the delivery team is pushy and aggressive. Plus, they didn't use any "white glove" but more old dirty leather gloves which scratched the stainless-steel finishing. Told also to discuss the claim with the office, but they needed to go. This company was responsible for our ******** ********* ****** delivery on Saturday October 8. Moments after the delivery drivers left and we unwrapped our handrail (which we wrapped in bubble wrap to protect on delivery because we have a kitchen in the second floor) and we realized our 25 foot handrail was snapped. Upon discovery of this we immediately sent photos and details to our contact at *** who reached out to their delivery partner. The delivery company is denying our claim because we signed that the property wasn’t damaged, however we signed this assuming such prior to the team leaving or moving our old appliances out of the home At no time does anyone walk through or review the delivery path for damages with you. They literally run out of there. Denying our claim is not only factually incorrect it’s cruel. This is our first home purchase in July 2022. I wish to speak to someone to discuss on the phone. As an interior designer I’ve completed over 500 kitchens, including with residential builders and I’ve never experienced something like this.Review from Dan C

I can truthfully say this was the worst delivery I have ever experienced.
When LTi Logistics team arrived, the old range was removed and ready for pick up.
They brought the new range through the garage door and scratched the door jambe (I have some pictures if somebody is interested) with the new unit vent. I had to stop them before destroying the unit's vent because they kept forcing the unit through the door. Finally, they repositioned it and it went in without further damage. By comparison last week *** delivered a 32" refrigerator through the same door without any problem.
They placed the unit in the centre of the kitchen and I asked them to give me a couple of minutes to inspect it( as requested by the vendor in the Bill of Landing). The lead (if this is the right term) of the delivery team told me and I quote "Hey buddy, I don't have time for this, inspect it after we are gone and call the company if you find something wrong". I insisted but he just threw the (unsigned) bill of landing on the counter and left leaving lots of debris behind.
