Westario made a mistake in billing me for clean up bill of equal billing. ***** ******* *** ***** ***** **** ** *************** ***** ******** They never even contacted me , just starting taking money out of my account. I called westario after I was informed by my bank of ********** activity on my account. **** **** **** ** **** , said they needed to take an additional 27.00 dollars a month out of my account as well as my regular payment . The regular payment is on the 5th of the month. The 27.00 payment I was told would come out on the 2nd of the month , every month for 12 months. I said ok. Now ***** ********** ********* are taking it whenever they feel like it. That was not the agreement. I want all the money back Immediately that they have caused me to lose in overdraft, for taking their payment not on the day I agreed to . I can prove this by my bank statements . I want 150.00 Immediate by cheque to me issued by westario . I want a formal written apology for there **** ******** *** ******** ********. I want no further contact **** **** ********** ******** *** *********** * **** ******* ******* ******* **** * **** they take money out of my account on not the agreed upon date . ** * **** ***** **** **** ** ******* *** ***** * ******** ******* *** *************** ***********Business response

The customer has contacted our Regulator, Ontario Energy Board, and submitted a formal complaint; resolution will be managed alongside the Regulator.
