**** * ******** ******** **** **** *** **** **** *****! They will give a quote that is way off from the actual price. Delay the project numerous times and blame it on the concrete availability. There is no commitment , communication or timeline. All on their schedule. Once the concrete truck arrives, the price will increase without notice/writing regardless of the quote. They will not complete the job until you cough up all the remaining balance on the spot and all this in cash too so there is no traceability…. *** ******* ** **** ***** ** ** **** ****. If you don’t hand over the cash they will threaten to drive away cuz they know you’re stuck in the middle of the job at this point. John claims his brother owns the business and makes all the decisions etc and he will swing by etc but really John runs the show. ** ** ********* ************* *** ****. ****** **** * ******* *** ***. We had a few arguments while he was working and claimed I challenge everything he does. Well yeah I’m the paying customer. The aggregate concrete now has many spots where rust has formed as I guess the mix had some metal in it and the stairs needed to be fixed as well as one step is midi g concrete. He stated numerous times from October 2022 that he would return and fix and has yet to do so. Starting April 2023 to end of July 2023 I have reached out at least 15 times and no response. Still waiting. I will never recommend this company to anyone nor has anyone asked about the job done as it is poor workmanship and not sealed as recommended by John. Looks awful and I wish I went with a local company in Milton. He seemed nice at first and very promising but I think they just overbook themselves ** *** **** ********. I had the most excruciating business experience with this Dura-Con Concrete & Interlocking LTD, *********************************************************. Starting from lack of commitment to timelines agreed upon to start/finish the work, to the scarce communication pathways and not returning calls or texts in any timely manner at all times, the disrespectful way of treating customers as well as (the same complaint that I have seen on the BBB website about other customers'); experiences: They take their money and never come back to fix the flaws in their in workmanship or finish the actual job.
