              Dear Sir/Madam My mother **** ******* passed away on Sept 8th 2021. She had been buried in ********* Cemetery at ************** Ave. Waterloo ON the same day. My mother's grave there needed a monument stone with her name on it. The cemetery staff told me that the lawn level monument I have chosen should be ready before Nov 1st 2021 if I want to have it installed this year or else it will be installed in the spring next year 2022. So I visited The Stone Center Inc. at 620 Bridge St E, Kitchener, ON N2K 2B7 on Sept 16th and met the lady in charge Allison N. I have chosen one of the stones on display the size 20``x12`` and paid the full price of $678 the same day by the end of the visit, ***********************. I told Allison that I will send the text written in Arabic Language in a ************** file to her by e-mail very soon. She promised in turn to do her best to finish the writing on the monument stone very soon so ********* Cemetery continues in the file called Complaint.

              Terrible customer service, When discussed an issue after months of being ignored, I was told if the balance of $500 (on $4200) was not paid, * was ********** **** the removal of the stone from the plot, could not believe my ears.
