On the 8th of December 22nd I paid $85CAD ($99.58AUD) to MaggieMay Glassworks for a glass artwork of a potted philodendron from her website *************************************************************************************************. Since then I have emailed her and messaged her on ********* regarding the status of my order - to no response. She has turned off ********* comments so I cannot ask other customers if they are having similar delays. I have had no communication from the seller regarding how long the order will take or any possible delays. I would like a refund and an apology. My order number is VEFZ-XXXXXX. I purchased an item (stained glass) and it arrives broken, wax all over and rusty patina all over as well. I contacted the artist, who ************************************************ told me that they do not do returns at all ************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** All I want is my money back and shipping. ********************************************************** I understand that I cannot request an actual refund, so I would settle for an exchange of an acceptable piece.
