            We had a new furnace installed Dec 20, 2018 by Go Heating (goheating.ca). They did not complete the full removal of the old furnace equipment. They left the old stainless steel chimney in place outside the house despite that the removal was detailed in the contract. They were still paid by us on same day. On Aug 16, 2022 we received a letter from ********* for a bill double the original amount paid (4 years interest on original amount) with a description that we did not pay the original Dec 20, 2018 bill. This the was one and only notice we received from either ********* or Go Heating. I called them and I explained that we did pay and in full (we have copies of the visa bill and a paid receipt from Go Heating). They ignored my explanation and are going to sue for the full amount. I tried calling Go Heating several times and receptionist said no one available to discuss our issue and took messages. No call back. ********* will be submitting the claim in court. I will now be going to court to present our case. Pain in the ass.

            Worst company Ive ever dealt with. Put in a new unit. Never worked. They worked on it a couple times with no success then told me to get someone else to fix it because they were too far away. UNBELIEVABLE!!!I had another company come in and they had it working perfectly first attempt. Cost me over $700 and Go Heating wont respond about covering that cost. **** is arrogant and obviously has no clue about HVAC
