Feb26th 2022 I made a purchase from the true north website for 126.56$ I paid by my credit card... I have been a regular since it opened a r previously had made purchases from tncc in welland on the 24th 22nd 19th and 8th of the same month.. with no issues I have never been once asked to verify myself for any previous purchases this particular day I had lost my wallet so I used my virtual **** online to complete the purchase once I got the I had informed them I lost my wallet they refused to give me my item that was paid for refused to accept my virtual id and other Proof of my id including me showing previous purchases from earlier that week as well as having the texts telling me to come Pick up my order... they refused to honor the purchase and refused to give me a superior to contact **********************************************************************. I spoke with the manager she awl knowledges she knew who I was but still refused to give me my purchase and said she would contact me in 2 hours she never did nor refunded my purchase ***********************************
