    The worse experience I ever have from this dealership. The sales person ( Fred L), The Certified Pre-Owned Sales manager ( Andrew M) *** **** ********* ****** * **** **** I bought a Pre-Owned 2022 A3 from them for my daughter, and they refused to install winter tire which is on Rims before I pick up the car without charge. The sales manager tried to avoid me even after I mentioned that I was waiting for him to talk. **** ****** ** ** *** ** ** ****** ******* ** **** *** **** ***** The sales guy ( Fred L) walk way from us when we were picking up the car because I pointed out some issue in the car and raise my concern. Then the 2nd guy who came to walk around the car at the time of pickup, * ***** *** **** *** ********* ** *********, even does not know that all car come with tire changing tool by default and he is a sales person he claimed. I ask him about the tool kit as I did not see that in the trunk, he said to me that all sedan after 2012, does not come with any tools anymore. * *** ******** *** **** ** ****** *** *** **** *** ** ******** So I went to check my self the demo car in the showroom and there it is. So I check my car again it was sort of hidden under the spare tire. And this sales guy does not even know that. * ******** *** ********* *** ************* ** **** *** ** ** * ***** ******* **** ****** *** ** ******** *** ************** * ***** ******* ****** *** **** ***** ** *** ***** **** ****** ** ***. if the sales person does not know that Tire Change tool kit is part of the car by default, and *** ***** ** ** saying it does not come anymore with the car, * ** **** *** **** **** **** *** ** ****  The car has half tank gas when we were picking up, I ask and the sales person said that the only provide full tank gas if it is a new car. * ******* ** ******* * ****** ** *** *** **** ***** ******** *** *** *********** **** **** ******* **** ***** * *** ** ***** *** *** *** ****** ** ***** ******* ** ******* ***

    Hello, Customer Complaints are a gift to us, it’s a gift as it can help us grow and treat our customers better. We tried to treat Mr, ******* with full professionalism but no matter what we did, we could never meet his high expectations. When trying to address Mr ******** issues, he treated our staffing with an ************** behavior. He also took to Online posts to talk negatively about our Dealership because he wanted a FREE tire installation and balancing. We tried to work with him on the pricing on that as well but couldn’t come to an agreement. It is very hard to give free work away when Mr ******* negotiated an extremely aggressive price for his daughters car. Even though he posted Online reviews regarding Audi Durham which affects all of our employees’ livelihoods, we still tried hard to treat him with full respect and professionalism at time of delivery. At the time of Delivery, Mr ******* continued to talk ****** to staffing and completely disrespected our Sales Team, to the point our Sales Representative had to walk away *** ** ***** **** ***********. We were really hoping and trying hard for things to settle down with Mr ******* so we can show him that we are a great dealer and look forward to a future relationship but unfortunately that did not happen and we wish him all the best and hope he enjoys his Audi.
